The ECO4 scheme is currently running and will continue until 31 March 2026. From April 2026 ECO5 will officially take over and will run until 2030. This timeframe is no accident. It directly supports the UK’s legally binding commitment to cut greenhouse gas emissions by at least 68 percent by the end of this decade compared to 1990 levels.
