If you're heating is getting on a bit and needs replacing, make sure you get a condensing combi boiler, this will use much less gas then a traditional boiler. Make sure if you have hot water tank, that it is properly insulated, that way you won;t need the hot water on as long or as often to provide the hot water you need.
